These terms are a legal agreement between you and Coela trading as FlockFlow ("we", "us"). By creating an account or continuing to use FlockFlow you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The legal entity that owns and operates this service is Coela trading as FlockFlow.

Seller / legal entity

The seller and legal entity responsible for this service is Coela. Coela trades under the name FlockFlow. All references to "we", "us", or "FlockFlow" in these terms mean Coela.

The service

FlockFlow is subscription software for recording livestock, flocks, grazing camps, and health, breeding and weight records. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use FlockFlow for your own farming operation on the plan you have selected.

Your account

You must provide accurate details, keep them up to date, and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for everything done under your account. You confirm that you are of legal age, and where you sign up on behalf of a business, that you may bind it.

Acceptable use

You may not use FlockFlow to:

• break any law, or commit fraud or send spam;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property;
• interfere with the security of the service — no malware, probing, scraping, reverse engineering, or circumventing technical limits;
• resell or redistribute the service.

Your data

Your farm records remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to host and process them solely to provide the service.

Free month, payment and subscriptions

Every new account gets its first 30 days free. After that a paid subscription is required to add or change records; without one your account becomes read-only and your existing records stay visible.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

We retain ownership of FlockFlow, including its software, documentation and branding. Nothing in these terms transfers that ownership to you.

Availability and warranties

We do not guarantee that FlockFlow will be uninterrupted or error free. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. FlockFlow is a record-keeping tool and is not a substitute for veterinary or professional advice.

Liability

Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We exclude indirect, consequential and special damages, including loss of profit, livestock, data or goodwill. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination you may export your records for a reasonable period before deletion.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction. You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign ours in a merger or sale. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
